The breadknife slipped while I was cutting a few slices of tiger loaf - which is about the width of my shoulders - and I've fcuked a load of skin off my fingers. TA because it hurts like fúck but it's such a 'first world problem'.

I know the feeling - a while back I sliced a finger while opening a bottle with a screw-top. A small part of the tinfoil seal underneath was sticking out and I didn't notice it until it was too late - I got a deep, very painful cut, like a papercut done with metal. 'Would not recommend', as the young ones say these days.

I got a "papercut" from the foil on my Tylex...Ironic!

Well, there's a user named medusa23, so ... no, I have no idea.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

When you go to make dinner only to realize 10 minutes later that the food isn't cooking because you turned the burner on but not the cooker.

I noticed that too, quite a lot of newish cars with bulbs gone, front or back ones, odd!
The amount of cars going around with one headlight completely out or with only the minimal parking light bulb working is staggering. Not so bad in the towns and cities where you have street lighting; at least you can see the body of the car and can tell whether it's the ear or offside light that's gone. Out here in the sticks though, where you're driving in complete darkness, it's a bit unnerving, wondering which is the side of the oncoming car you can't see until they're fairly close to you. On narrow country roads.

    Get your bloody lights fixed!

That is so irritating, almost as bad as the ones who don't bother to turn them on at all

If I hear that stupid AIB ad on the radio one more time, I'll put my fist through the radio.

    "Brave knows"

    "That's why we're backing brave."

Oh just fúck off with you're shyte. We all know you'll be screwing small businesses and getting bailed out by us again, when the next economic collapse comes around.
I came on here to say the exact same thing about KBC. "I am what I am!" Oh... just... fúck off!! "I am what I am" reminds me too much of "we are where we are". It's meaningless, irritating, pathetic DRIVEL. No bank in this country gives a flying fúck whether any one of us live or die. In fact, you could call in to one of their branches, die on the floor, and they'd kick your mouldering corpse out the door. The banks exist solely to screw more money out of us, refuse to take actual money if you can find a branch that has a counter, hassle OAPs into using ATM deposit things and on and on they go. Yet they have these happy clappy ads that just drive me nuts*.

*Terms and conditions apply. Everything I just said may or may not actually reflect the true situation of anything. The Bank reserves the right to fúck you over from now until you die. If you gonna die soon, that'd be great. We own your home, your family, and the cat. We're not giving you any money back that you may have lodged with us. You're all here to bail us out and fúck every last one of you worthless shytes. We're regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Because that worked so well the first time.

Nooooo :( that's made me quite sad. I loved Medusa's posts.

Also all of that talk about cutting skin off is making me feel very ill. I can't speak about, think about or look at anything to do with blood because my whole body goes weak and I feel like I'm about to pass out. I hate that feeling.

We had a great second night performing our musical, but now I have to go back to work and I know I wont have as much fun over the next few nights of it!

    A certain users signature.

Cant say the name but it is ridiculous.

    Oozes basement net-warrior.

Said users name is also equally x-box warrior-ish.

I can't abide the TV/radio volume being on an uneven number.

Doing a very big project the moment for college, met with my supervisor the other day, man has done nothing for me for months hasn't met with me, responded to my emails ect. Anyway basically tells me the thing is **** and gives me a lot of thing to fix, (i'd asked for his input ages ago) I told him i won't have time at this late stage to make all the corrections, He says "Well you have another 4 weeks" My project is due the end of the week! Guys getting paid a fortune to "supervise" and doesn't even know the deadline. Was raging afterward and had to go get an extension.

They probably have no idea they are not working.. I was driving with only one of my three brake lights working for ages... I know we "should " check but actually I did in the window reflection here and as the top one WAS working assumed they were OK.

Daylight robbery by motorists!! At his time of the year (and roughly a month before the winter solstice), the time I leave my house for work coincides with the time it's bright. I hop on my bike, (no need to turn the turn the lights on because it's so bright!) and as soon as I leave my estate, every car still has their lights on which effectively makes it seem darker than it actually is and makes my look like I'm a typical law-breaking, safety-flouting cyclist.

    IT'S BRIGHT OUT!!!!

I wouldn't call that trivial personally. That's monumental incompetence coming from the "supervisor"

    I don't mind odd numbers if it's a multiple of 5.

    So, levels 1, 3, 7 and 9 are not permitted :P

I've always felt like multiple of 5 are sort of "honourary" even numbers.
