P35 form - PAYE owed not right

    I'm scratching me head here.
Filling out the P35 return on ROS and all other numbers add up to the cent. Except the PAYE where it says there are a couple 1000 outstanding. According to my own calculations there shouldn't be any PAYE owed.

Obviously no one on here can tell me what's wrong without seeing the numbers. But in order to figure out what's wrong I'm trying to figure out which fields are used for the PAYE calculation and how it is calculated.

The numbers I have used were just spat out from SagePay and doing my own calculations the numbers are right. But plugging the same numbers in to the P35 return on ROS shows the company owes a good bit.

I'm sure I've just filled some box in wrong. I just can't find it!

Revenue total your monthly P30 (PAYE, USC, PRSI and LPT) returns and compare their values (what you have paid) to the P35 return. They are not recalculating the PAYE from the employee's earning on the P35.

Right, so I have to go through my returns on ROS for last year and see what the PAYE I've actually paid comes to.
Compare that to what I think I have paid and see if there are any differences.
