Can I avail of a broadband only deal?

    I get a whopping 3mb download and 1mb upload. I pay for a phone line but don't have a phone. I'm charged €53 per month for this. Unfortunately, this is the best that I can currently get in my area (wireless broadband included). Am I able to avail of the broadband only deal found here https://www.eir.ie/broadband-only/

    Is there any discounts for crappy broadband? :)
