Dell E7250 display issue

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I'm having display issues with my Dell E7250 laptop (Win7 SP1). Not sure if this is the correct forum but I'm having display issues with my Dell E7250 laptop (Win7 SP1).
Occassionally when I right click to get the menu (either within an application or on the desktop) the choice make remains on the screen as if it is not refreshing.

I have laptop attached to monitor so opening the lid and closing again cleared things, but I've notided it happening directly on the laptop screen itself when not connected to the monitor.

Anyone else have similiar issue or know a fix?

Thats an OS issue, do a windows integrity check.
