    It's not this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Day_the_Clown_Cried which by all accounts, and the bits of the synopsis I've seen is even worse than it sounds.

    Young boy falls down ravine, turns up years later not aged a day while time has moved on, NASA get involved and the boy and MAX try to get away. Eventually gets back to day he fell down the ravine and all is good
