Just recently getting a weak signal on this channel only.
Is it transmitted at lower power does anyone know?

I am getting a similar problem. I think it is the wind that has moved my dish a little. When it dies down, I will tweak it.

The tansponder that CNN is on seems unusually weak for me too, compared to others.

I tend to agree. It's the only channel that's not coming through on Sky and on my Freesat enabled TV.

I get CNN with 76% signal strength. Yes it is slightly lower than other transponders but nowhere close to giving problems when viewing the channel. Might your dishes need a slight realligning?

About 3/4 of the power from what I can see.

Yes it certainly looks like it does!

    Just an update on this.
Turns out it was not the dish that had moved but the LNB clamp had fractured giving rise to a change in the skew angle setting.
When I replaced the bracket and reset the skew problem sorted.
    Quality now between 70-75%.
