ARISE NEWS tv channel - still in financial trouble or sorted?

ARISE NEWS tv channel broadcasts free-to-air/in the clear on a number of digital tv platforms ceased broadcasting suddenly earlier this month allegedly due to maintenance/technical reasons however; it was broadcasting again this afternoon and they were quoting today's date in their coverage just in case nobody believed them. The channel had suspended programmes for quite some time and I actually thought it had all but closed down.

I noticed this channel has managed to attract some key presenters in the past that had previously anchored programmes on other major tv channels. Former SKY News presenters like Michael Wilson who was a former Business Editor for SKY News and David Glencorse to name but a few. Wilson has been the Global Business & Economics Editor at the channel and who presents the Arise Global Business Report and David Glencorse is also a lead news anchor at the station. Other presenters from the UK that I can recall include Heather Scott and Juliette Foster.

However; it's website www.arise.tv has showed no recent updates in coverage since 08th September, 2015 which reflects badly on a channel that would need to provide live news & current affairs on a rolling 24/7 basis. One wonders exactly how long can any channel like ARISE NEWS hold onto key personnel in terms of technical/editors/lead anchors & presenters etc; if they are in serious financial trouble?

Channel has been OFF again in recent days
Holding slide in position to suggest
"Normal Service will resume as soon as possible"
Unfortunately, the whole credibility of this supposedly 24/7 news channel is once again in very serious doubt

Looks like ARISE News is experiencing yet more serious problems.

It's a wonder how they can manipulate the system so often and still come back from the dead all these times.

So much for the regulators allowing this farce to continue over and over again.

I hope the former staff in the UK and USA can get their money, sad when former staff have to bring court proceedings against an employer.
