Where to buy a replacement seatbelt?

Hi folks, My little girl got tangled up in her seatbelt the other night and as a result we had to cut it with a scissors as there was no give it it. My neighbour has agreed to fit it but I cant seem to find anywhere that sells them? Thanks

How old is the car? Main dealer would be best if newer, otherwise scrapyard.
