25plus.ie - Address Change

Hi,

Has anyone else had to update their address on 25plus.ie.

I need to do this to get an updated certificate showing my address for a Dublin parking permit application.

The only place I can see where I can change my address is under settings but this doesn't reflect on the policy.

I also tried to make a permanent change to the policy but all I seem to be able to change is the area and not the specific address.

Reason I'm not ringing them is that they take so long to answer.

They will not answer you, after you listen to all the pre-recorded crap you will be told to leave your number & they will call you back. Went thru' this last week & in fairness they called within 30 mins.

Would they not accept the vehicle licencing cert as proof of address instead?

So right now I don't have any documentation with the new address on it. The vehicle is registered to my family home in Cork.

On the DCC site it says you must supply both of the following:

A current insurance certificate for your vehicle at the permit address
A vehicle licensing certificate or registration book for the vehicle at that address

abdelhamoud, you need to ring them and change the address.
