    Hi,

Have a full Sky subscription. Currently have 1 + box and 2 standard boxes. A friend of mine gave me a + box. Can I simply replace my old standard box with the new + box ? Do Sky need to pair the card with the box and is re wiring needed?

    Thks

As stated above just contact Sky to have the card paired with the box and make sure the box isnt tied to any other account.

Its assumed you only have a single cable running from the dish to the current box so if you wished to avail of the full Sky+ features you will need another cable. You would also need to check the lnb to ensure that it's capable of taking another cable.
