using a currach

    Hi all im thinking of getting myself a traditional currach for generaly spinning about and the odd day fishing around the west coast has any body here got a currach that they use to fish and if so can ye give me some feed back about them there good and bad points how they handle on the sea and so on.
    id be thinking of getting one built and im set on 19ft by 6 ft beem and deep draft i think is the word used
    anyway thanks
