Platinum Advantage Credit Card

Hi, I applied for the Platinum Advantage Credit Card over two weeks ago and have yet to here anything back from BOI. My current account is with BOI and I currently have the Classic Credit Card, so all my details are already in the system. Just wondering why the long delay.

Sorry that you haven’t heard anything following your application, if you call 0818 200 412 (choose option 2 on the menu and then option 1) one of our reps will be able to check the application and give you an update.
