Wet boot Fiesta - just damp?

My sister has an 01 fiesta and the boot is wet under the carpet. There is no water coming up through the floor- no wholes anyway- and none falling in through window. We put paper on top of the carpet and it did not get wet during a heavy shower.

Is it possible it is just condensation from the wet weather? Is there anything that will soak it up, any product to draw moisture out of the air?

The rear light clusters is probably the leak source.the rubber seals fail on them over time.

The seam where the boot floor meets the rear panel is prone to leaking too. Running a decent bead of sealer long the whole seam should sort it.
