How would you repair the external mirror in an 01 Fiesta. It is loose and pops out if someone brushes off it but no part of it I can see is broken. It pops back in but is loose. Could you superglue it in place? I don't know the name of the things it hangs off but non of them are broken. It is just loose in place.

It is my sister's car and a part time mechanic told her he would "fix it for ten euro". I will do it free for her if anyone can tell me how

Is it the mirror glass or is the body of the mirror broken ??

Superglue wouldn't work. Tec7 would (I've done it myself) but a tube is probablyvmore than the wing mirror.

Is it a manual adjust mirror? If so the springs for adjusting it have probably been stretched anyay

yes manual adjust. There is no issue adjusting it it just is loose in the fitting. it falls out and hangs when someone brushes off it

What is the difference between superglue and Tec7 in this instance

Tec7 goes on in a bead similar to silicone. It offers a very strong bond. It also allows for a small amount of flex, so the mirror won't be shaken off while driving. However if you go this route you will no longer be able to fold the mirror when parking, and if anybody hits it, it will probably come off

Really though, buy a second hand mirror. Its the same cost but a much better and long term solution.
