My internet was running slow so i decided to check what devices were connected to my network.

They was a device connected wiko bloom (mobile phone) mac address d8:3c:69:a7:bd:a2 so some one got onto my wireless network

I had a 22 character password with Uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers with WPA2 security

firmware V100R001C172B227 i believe this is vodafone recent firmware update

Currently have wireless turned off. As a new password i believe will not do anything.

Is there any way to secure my wireless without having to get a new modem.

Rang Vodafone tech support which was pointless and a waste of time. Their advice turn wireless back on and change password

You could set up a list of mac addresses that you allow which means anything not on the list can't connect
