DAA advertising customer service agent position

Hi all ! I've seen on the DAA job vacancy website that they are looking for customer service agents for I presume summer contracts , what would be the role of that job ? I presume it wouldn't be check-in because the DAA don't handle airlines as fare as I'm aware ! Here's the link…

I think your right ! Sounds like a pleasant job , I worked with swissport before I didn't really like check-in. Might apply !
