Redecorating bedroom where there's a damp corne

Any advice please? We have a damp corner in our bedroom. Checked attic & no issues there. We dry a lot of clothes indoors in the kitchen underneath the bedroom but always have a dehumidifier on while clothes are drying & windows are open as much as possible. This has helped the problem a lot although it worsens in v cold weather when there is a bit more condensation. We just wash the wall, skirting board & the back of the locker where the problem is every few weeks. We are probably doing as much as we can do to address the issue & there's no problem really. It's just that I'd like to partially redecorate the room & wallpaper the wall that has the head of the bed against it as a feature wall & I wonder if this will be a disaster given that the damp corner is at the external side of this wall?? Any advice welcome. Cheers!
