What's the benefit to having a password manager?

Can generate passwords, autofill and store the passwords for you.

I've used LastPass for the last 18 months and its super.

Also does anyone find it quite hard to look for good games on the Play store, unless you specifically know what you're looking for?
Play Store is a complete and utter sewer, knowing exactly what you want is the only way to use it, it used to be okay because you were able to sort by daily/weekly/all time downloads which would instantly filter out the trash but Google decided to wreck that for some reason, just like Youtube which is now almost impossible to browse for new content by yourself with using Reddit or others.

Amazon store used to be a bit of a hog, but was good for promotions. Excellent in fact.
I only used it on a tablet as a result of that. Has it improved at all, or has it become bearable as phones got better?

Its unbearable for me because its such a pain in the ass to restore all your apps after reflashing the phone which I do a lot, could be half an hours work compared to 30 seconds of clicking install-install-install... in my apps in Google Play. Plus I have Three credit building up faster than I can spend it so Id rather just pay for it on Play with that and have them all in the one place, Id rather the developer got the money than Three anyway.

    You must like working so.

I use it all the time as im usually messing with roms and it restores nearly all my apps a settings without issues.

I don't backup some apps from past issues or still having to change settings, but only a small few.

Google Keep is truly one of those apps that you wonder how you ever lived without it.

It has saved my ass so many times with work, be it with lires fuel/miles covered, to location reminders and simple lists. To completing quotations,'calling customers back, and invoicing etc.

Simple apps are always the best ones.

It's good but I wonder if there are dedicated "shopping list" apps there?
Myself and the missus use Keep but a nice checklist type app would be handy.

We use Our Groceries for that. Works very well, instant sync and cross platform.

Out of curiousity, is there any way to sync the likes of Enpass (and other password managers) to browsers, so that when you access a site, it'll log in with the details provided in the manager?

Lastpass has a plugin for Dolphin browser which will allow it to do that.

I use Localcast, have found it very reliable. Phone doesn't tell me its running in background when not on, and my phone is VERY keen telling me when apps are running in the background.

I've been using Greenify, which lets me know when apps have been awoken, and have noticed that AllCast says it's been triggered by various things, like YouTube, All4, despite neither of these running at that time.

I have a huawei which has power management thing, and as I say, it tells me when stuff is running in the background, haven't had any warnings for Localcast. Worth a try, see greenify tolerates it?

    Great app!

Lastpass was great but its not so great on my phone anymore. App fill helper keeps getting disabled or not working because of an Accessibility issue. Galaxy S5 and later models are affected.
Trying to tweak a few things now to see if I can get it working any better but I doubt it will.

I tried a few when I first got Chromecast and I ended up sticking with Web Video Cast. I use it for sending streams to CC.
Ads are a bit intrusive in it though (free version). You could be in another app and this will pop up playing a video ad if you were using it in the background. Ads are on the phone only, not on whatever you're watching on TV.

Camel camel isn't an app? And keepa isn't free.

    Thanks for the replies though.
