Brilliant news, fingers crossed here that I made it into the 75.

I think the satellite has a twin tuner but the cable / terrestial only has one and they are interchangeable and easy to change, I'm torn, tv is nearly 7 years old and doesn't have saorview but then it might not last long and I could get rid of the sky box we are currently using. I am assuming you can record live tv from it?

Ok so, looks like all systems go, price will be €63 including Parcel Motel shipping, I'll reply to everyone who emailed me over the last few days tomorrow and I'll include how they can transfer the funds to me. I'll be accepting orders for both satellite and cable type, so make sure you state exactly which one you'll require.

I hope to submit an order then on Thursday or Friday at the latest.

    Many thanks Aquos,

    Wikey

Both have dual tuners. You can buy another USB Tuner.
DVB-S2 would probably be a better choice to go with as a USB-DVB-T/T2 tuner would be cheaper to buy extra.

You can record live tv after you set it up and add some external storage.

There's a few users who emailed me between 2pm on Sunday and Monday morning, I'll get back to ye first if there's spaces.

Quick question to anyone who can clarify before I throw in the order. I have sky in my house but not in my bedroom where I will have the box. Which would be better for me cable or satellite or does it make a difference ...

If you are not connecting it to a dish or cable feed then it doesn't matter

I just sent payment and details but forgot to say about the tuner, I just want the standard twin satellite I think

BTW I just set up an account on revolut and transferred money using my debit card, very simple to set up and use and alot cheaper than paypal who wanted €2.49 to take the balance from my credit card, can't figure out how to transfer money from my bank account, it's painful to use.
Revolut was nice and simple and no fees

Many thanks, but there's no need to be doing that, I really dont expect it. At the end of the last order there was about €70 euro left over, I was delighted with that.

Well I know that I was outside the 2pm deadline when I sent off the email , hopefully a space opens up , if not I'll have to be quicker next time lol. Just a quick question is it a dual dvb-s2 tuner or a single with a loop out?

Keep an eye on the thread over the coming day or two as once I get confirmation back from wetek for a price, Ill be replying to all the emails I have gotten to date and Ill be giving those people 24 hours to get the payment to me if they want to go ahead. At that stage then i'll know exactly how many I will be ordering and if its below the 75, i'll post back here and it will then be on a first come first served basis.
