Hoover washing machine

Hi, I bought a Hoover washing machine about 2 years ago. Lately it's been stopping in the middle of a wash and it says Err03 on the screen. All I can do then is turn the knob to OFF, plug the machine out for a while,plug it in and put it on a shorter wash or simply drain and spin the original wash. Model Dyn 10144D3X
