Nestor Martin non-boiler OIL Stove.....service

    Looking for a recommendation of a service engineer to service stove. It took a battering during storm desmond in so far as whatever way the wind was blowing, it sooted up the door and it is not running as efficiently as it was. It needs a service as it is just about a year since the last one.

    I am sick of waiting for the regular service engineer to come.....says he will be there and doesn't turn up. Not a great after sales service....if only I had known how long the wait is.... I would NEVER have installed one.

    I think it's Murphy's that stock them. Why don't you ring them and ask them who should you get.

    Yes, you are right. I got names from them but am still waiting......
