Cheers - I renewed just before Christmas. I sent them a mail but no response yet ..I guess I'll wait for another few weeks.

i couldn;t renew over xmas, was no option when i logged in. as soon as the xmas break was over the link to renew reappeared in my account. looks to me like they switched off renewals so there wouldn't be issues over xmas so they are probably catching up now

must be nice to be able to switch off like that over xmas, only customer facing org i've seen that has that luxury
