USC, owed money from revenue

    So I was on to revenue about something yesterday and just at the end the lad on the phone said I was owed money from 2013 relating to USC, he pretty much jumped off the phone before I could ask any questions so I was wondering if anyone here could enlighten me.

    Do I need to fill out forms to claim this or is it posted out to me?

    I've registered online with revenue but need to wait for a password to be sent out I believe... That's about as far as I've gotten. I'll probably call Monday anyway but thought I'd ask here too.

    Whe you get that out log on, request a P21 balancing statement for 2013, you can do it for other years too but keep in mind they may tell you that you owe them money!

    Good possibility the lad you spoke to has requested the p21 for you if he was able to tell you ya were due a refund
