    Not really, I'm used to being half-starved and deprived of alcohol until my next spectacular fall off the wagon and into a tub of ice cream.

    I love colouring in, I have two mindfulness colouring books and I bought a paint-by-numbers that I love doing.

    Do you find it difficult to relax?

    Yeah. I'll be relaxing then remember something embarrassing/stressful and my mind will be racing a 1000 miles and then I'm all worked up again.
