When I am concentrating really hard on something I stick my tongue out, or pout my lips. Never notice I'm doing it until someone mentions it. Very embarrassing in work

When I'm really concentrating, I go deaf. Two people could both be talking to me but if I'm lost in what I'm doing, I don't hear a thing.

I frown and pout out the lips too, usually just the bottom one. I'm a real catch.

I passive aggressively stare at people who whistle in public. Apparently this is annoying to other people.

I use all sorts of pop psychology analyses on the net. Have been known to employ pseudo philosophical parsing of arguments too.
I'm told it's irritating but I keep doing it. Is it a habit or a disposition? Maybe it's a disease?

I have a lot of annoying habits, I'm the person who puts empty packets back into the cupboard and empty sweet wrappers back into the box. There is a special place in hell for me.

Shaking the Milk.

Anyone old enough to remember milk in bottles will remember the cream rose to the top.
You gave the bottle a good shake and mixed the cream through the milk. I've no idea how many decades have passed since you had to that but I still do it from time to time. All the shaking achieves now is to make the milk annoyingly frothy.
