First goal vital here. Arsenal by far the better team but if Newcastle manage to break away and score it will be a very different game.

bellerin having plenty joy down that right flank already :) positive opening start , can see this ending 3-0 , but then again , it could be one of those days :)

They were talking about Perez not tracking back and that's why Bellerin is getting forward so much on the stream I'm watching. Playing well but need to be a bit more clinical and not as afraid to have a shot.

Looking at Flamini tracking back there and he's got very slow.

Crowd not happy with our display so far. Lukewarm to say the least.

If we werent short in wingers at the moment, Id be all for loaning Ox to a lower Premier League team.

Chamberlain seems to be mistaking himself for Gibbs these days he is playing so poorly

Started off brightly but they're getting too much space between the midfield and the defence so they're getting back into it. I agree about the Ox he's been poor. You think he'd be trying extra hard with getting the nod ahead of Campbell for a change but not at all it seems.

    Far too slow and pedestrian.

Chamberlain has actually gotten worse if that's even possible as the half has gone on.

Ox has been awful and lucky not to be booked earlier. He will do so soon, so I'd swap him and Joel at half time! Theo has been poor too.

Can we let Ozil take the corners from now on even when Santi is back? The difference between the two is vast!

Ramsey is also a contender for substitution at half time!

Rubbish performance so far. Newcastle looking far more likely to score.
Ramsey and Flamini have been so so poor.

Great save that from Cech. Too many Arsenal players not looking bothered to turn up. Ramsey, Walcott and Flamini all need to step up in the second half. Ox I think has at least tried, but nothing going for him.

    Brilliant ball in from Ozil.

And which midfielder will replace him?
... Oh yeah we don't have any.

Where is this world class Ramsey waiting to burst out once he is played in the middle?

Told by many here over and over.

I can see Newcastle tiring and us grabbing a goal.

Thats what we get for carrying Arteta,Rosicky and Wilshere. Wasting 3 squad places.

Absolutely brutal performance against a really poor team. The midfield 5 have been non existent, Giroud anonymous. Full backs been poor also IMO. Need to step it up in the second half, can't drop points in this game, with a trip to Anfield next in the league.

Ospina would be having a better game than him in midfield at the moment. I know we have no experienced midfielders on the bench which is part of the problem, you can play awfully and know you can't/won't be subbed. Give Adelaide a shot, why put him on the bench otherwise?

Ramsey is an absolute joke of a player at times. I have seen better distribution on a Sunday morning in the AUL.

Too many lads playing at half pace.

Would love to go into the dressing room at HT and say "Lads, it's these game that win you the f*cking league. Lift the levels here, Newcastle are there for the taking."

Hate when we play like this. Ox & Walcott very guilty. They are both way better than they are showing today.
