Package collection from Argos and delivery to Cork

Hi. I'm trying to find out if this is possible... Argos in Galway and Tullamore have an item 80cm*80cm*30cm--16kg, I'm trying to find out if I buy them from the shops, can I get a Parcel company, to collect them for me and deliver to Cork.... Why not call them - arrange to purchase and collect from Argos Cork?

(b) I tried that and they told me they have no way of delivering from one store to another !!!!!

Put a request in each town's thread here, you never know, you might some decent person whose travelling anyway to pick it up for you.
