Heading out with oh later to a pub with music, country music played way too loud. I'd rather pull my finger nails out than go.

Pasta is muck if he's going for the rashers he might as well go the hole hog on the fry. Beef stew here this evening then out to the mil tomorrow for the turkey

I went shopping earlier without any breakfast beforehand and I accidentally bought enough to feed the masses incl about six different types of cheese. I got white stilton, smoked German, a handmade Irish vintage cheddar, nettle and chive burren, Cavenbert, halloumi and mozzarella. Plus a load of half price pate. Yum.
I'll probably end up with gout mid Jan :D.

Heard this in town earlier, and of course totally true

Man and woman talking about the excess and abundance of food over the Christmas.
Man asks "how long should a turkey keep in the freezer."
"I'm not sure", says the woman, "but it should be be ok for the most of a year."
"Well, that's rubbish" he says, "I put one in it last night and the h@@r was dead this morning" :D

Missus got me a book for Christmas 'around the farm gate'

Tis a load of short stories around farming / countryside...

I wouldn't be much into reading, but read a few there, and they're good to be fair...

It's only taken me a few years to learn how to study form :pac::p
Winnings are already spent on a pallet of beef & dairy from Vincents!
