Things aren't going great at home, and I'm just wondering what my options are if something were to happen. We have 2 kids, neither in school yet. Mortgage has 26 years left on it. If I were to move out and leave them here in the house, what would be expected of me bills wise. I know that this is very vague but ask any more questions and I can fill ye in. Basically just wondering what my financial situation would be. I work full time and earn €450 per week and she works part time and earns €300 per week. Mortgage is roughly €780 a month.

You'd have to go through mediation/court to agree what maintenance you would pay.

First of all don't move out. This will only make things harder. Would you and your partner try mediation? It's an excellent way to sort out financial matters.
