Frustrated trying to email Met Eireann

I have been trying to contact Met Eireann via their web page. There is a captcha code you have to type before sending your message. I have tried the following combinations as required but they are all rejected as incorrect. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Used Internet Explorer instead of Firefox and succeeded at first attempt.:o

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/985042 may provide some clues. Looks like an out of date flash extension issue
