Hi. Just wondering does anyone have experience or know what's the best and easiest way/place to go and do this test? Thanks in advance

The only place where you may go and sit the PSV test is from the NTA. If you are asking about the prepping course, if you need coaching or clues for the answers on where's where in the city then you may be applying for the wrong job

Is there a minimum amount of years a person has to be driving before they can go for there psv?

PSV = Public Service Vehicle and includes buses, taxis, hackeys, etc.

Do you mean a Small PSV licence?
