    What crisis :)

There was never a crisis, just poor refereeing at St Mary's

Beat Newcastle at the weekend and rest Ozil for the cup game. Hopefully we have Sanchez back for that one.

    Ozil created 9 chances today

Ozil: 1 goal, 1 assist, 95% pass completion, 9 chances created (5 from open play, 4 from set-pieces), also attempted 6 tackles (won 2!)

Ozil has created roughly 7,553 goal scoring chances tonight.

He was pretty much better than all the other 21 players put together.

Theo and Giroud should both apologise to him for that not finishing 6 nil.

Nine chances created for Mesut Ozil today - the most by a player in a single game in the Premier League this season.

I think he's cool with Giroud now...

Great assist by Giroud for Ozil's goal but aside from that he was muck. Theo equally muck. If we had somebody the calibre of Aguero up front that would have finished at least 5-0

Nice, toop of the table and now four days off to another vital game.

Then a week off to Sunderland in the cup.

    Then Alexis back - woot!

If City win tomorrow, there will be a bit of a gap forming between the top 4 and the rest....

Apart for his obviously excellent assist you can't critise, he's muck... Lol

Much better feeling tonight and I can watch MOTD tonight. Would take a draw tomorrow as an ideal.

Would be great to start 2016 at the top mentally. Get Sanchez back and make an astute DM signing, pray the rest stay fit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,500 ✭✭✭Drexel

Delighted with that. Looking forward to MOTD later. Didn't watch it at all the other night!

170 clean sheets for Cech too. Hopefully many more

Gotta get a few bodies back or new players in now

Seems Chambers played well. Could there be a future for him at DM?

Big difference in saying someone was muck and saying he is muck. BIG DIFFERENCE

Unlike you I can criticise Giroud when he plays shít, which he clearly did bar his assist.

Great result tonight even if we did struggle early on.

Win at home to Newcastle this saturday and we can really put the S'ton result behind us.

    COYG!!!

Elneny looks 1/2 decent does't he? Long range shooting not a strength of the current squad so will be interesting to see how he adapts (if he does land with us in January).
