No power at PCI slot

    As the title suggests. I am after adding a sound card onto my rig but I am failing to get power at the PCI slot. I know I am not lacking power as I have a 1500w psu. Any ideas on what it could be? I have 6 PCI slots and currently only using two of them but only two out of the six are powered. Would it be a bios issue?

    Turns out that I didn't have the right PCIE slot turned on
