New bio septic tank

Hi, I am a uk builder who has lived in Ireland for twelve months. I Would like to replace my old type septic tank with a new bio tank and percolation area. I have no problem working out and designing what I need, what I would like to know is how much of the work am I officially allowed to do my self? I once built a house…

I would ask why ?

Is your tank and area not functioning? Makes no sense otherwise
