Land registry/ folio problem

    Would anyone here have an account with the land registry prai? and be willing to check on 2 folios for me please?

    Sale of house falling through and to be honest I do not understand due to no knowledge of law/ land registration etc what is going on.

    What I do know is that the folio maps are completely wrong- this was done by original engineer when we bought house new 8 years ago. Deed of Rectification is now held up because of this.

    I would be really grateful if anyone could help me

    where you can zoom in on the map to the site you're interested in, and then buy the folio (which will be emailed to you).

    I noticed on my folio that under part 1 a where it used to state the amount of acres is replaced with "property description updated. Area is not included in Part
    1 A and then is listed a date and a application number. Can someone advise me what this means under my folio.
