Mouse gestures in Edge, in Windows 10?

I like the look & feel of the Edge browser, but to tempt me away from Opera, I would need to be able to use mouse gestures. Well just one gesture in particular: drag down to close a tab Is this possible at all in Edge? Maybe as some kind of background program in Windows (10) in general?

Microsoft will support extensions for Edge, but not until sometime next year
