Force Majeure leave pay amount?

Hi. With regards to Force Majeure leave being paid. Is that paid as normal by your employer (i.e. you get paid the same amount as you would if in work) or is it paid by the government at a particular rate per day?

No, it's definitely paid. See here 'You are entitled to be paid while you are on force majeure leave'. I just wanted to know is it paid in line with your wages

The company as if you were in the office for the 8 hours (or 4h or what ever would be scheduled) same as salary but only for the part that the company judges to really be force majeure (i.e. not multiple days in a row etc.)

You can take multipe days in a row...3 in 12 month period.

Technically yes but highly unlikely because after the first day you can't really claim force majour for the same issue as you've had a day to arrange alternative solutions so you can't claim it is "the immediate presence of the employee is indispensable owing to an injury or illness of a close family member" outside a very very limited set of scenarios.

You may not got a full days salary though. For instance if you work in the field and you get a field lunch allowance you may not qualify for that allowance that day as you are not in work.
