    We need players back soon.
    Some players looking jaded.

Have serious doubts about him. He's not producing.

    He was terrible today.

Anyway, 3 more points in the bag!! Ramsey in great form playing through the middle, Giroud keeping up his scoring form and Ozil assisting away as usual.

    Top of the leeeeeeeeeeague

Not a glittering performance but 3 points in the bag, Giroud's 50th and Cech with the clean sheet record. I'll take that!

Not a lot of options squad wise, but 8 days off gives a chance to recharge the batteries after 3 games in 8 days.

A favour now from lowly Chelsea would be nice.

    Giroud was brilliant.

Good game. Could have probably got a few more goals but the final ball wasn't great in the second half. Thought Walcott was fairly anonymous in the second half as well.

    Nope.

Want them destroyed. Someone else can take points off Leicester

Was just thinking the same thing myself. If it was the last day of the season I'd obviously want Chelsea to win but my need to see us top at the end of the gameweek is not as big as wanting to see that t0sspot shoved another inch closer to the brink

    That will be the test.
Don't like the way both Ramsey and Flamini were caught up the field at the same time for that break from Villa.

yip totally agree. Ramsey effectively plays as another attacking midfielder when 'beside' Flamini. Its more of a 4-1-4-1 with Ramsey. all well good against Villa but they did run through the centre easily at times. city do that and we die. hence the importance of Cazorla in there in terms of control.

Think we should just worry about our own league position, we can laugh at Chelsea any old week but id rather Leicester lost tomorrow. Or a draw would be good too.

Spurs could possibly Spurs it up against Newcastle (not even that lot could mess that up though...?)
    And Leicester could do Chelsea.
And Chelsea could go down to 16th...

    Oh that'd be nice :D

Do you honestly see Leicester as a long term threat?

I honestly don't want them to have any type of resurgence. I hope they are buried tomorrow, buried the next day, buried the week after, and the week after that and that and that..... Obviously anyone else over Chelsea and id shout for them....not him though. I dont mind being second for another week if Leicester win.

So long as we'e top after the conclusion of game week 38 it wouldn't bother me.

Great to be back at the top of the table. Missed the game today how did Campbell play? I see Ozil got another assist, he is just an incredible player.

Keep up to date Gringo. Ozil has yet to prove himself apparently.

Headlines in the rags tomorrow will read something along the lines of "goal shy Ozil spurns another opportunity to score" :pac::pac:

I honestly think the lad is the best creative player to ever wear the famous red and white.

Ozil is world class, it's just that no one can see it as he's playing under the shadow of Coutinho.

Ahaa that's probably the reason. Makes perfect sense

The best player in the league

Campbell had a quiet game today, but worked hard as usual. When Sanchez is fit he should be keeping his spot on the right anyway imo.

9 assists in 69 games for Couthinho. Just 4 more than Nacho Monreal has and our left back has played 10 games less

Campbell is much better on the right as he can cut in on his favourite left foot.

+2 on corresponding fixtures I think. We got 1 point from the next 2 fixtures last season, then Bournemouth and Newcastle (6/6) followed by another 2 fixtures we got 1/6 from. Realistically those 6 games are City, Southampton, Bournemouth, Newcastle, Liverpool and Stoke. 11/18 would leave us 5 points better off than last season which would be nice at the halfway point but 11/18 is really the minimum we should be at all satisfied with from those matches.

With such small numbers of assists it's a bit silly to be making any big comparison. It's not like we're talking about Ozil numbers here. :pac:
