You can't claim bik. It's like he had given you €1050 extra in the year. What you can claim if you aren't already is the tax relief on the medical insurance premium of 1050. If you paid this yourself privately you would get tax relief at source on it. When your employer pays it on your behalf you need to claim that relief manually via Revenue.
