Can you claim uniform if you have to for it?

    My company take the cost of my uniform from my wages im wondering if this can be claimed back?

    Look here for a list of employment classes. Is your job type listed? If so, it's an easy yes. If no, all is not lost. You'll have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the expense on the uniform is wholly, necessarily & exclusively incurred, in order for you to perform the duties of your employment
