Simplest way to fwd old imap emails

Having some issue with an imap email so want to delete it from hosting Co and set it back up. When I go into the online web email browser there is an option via "horde " email client to select all and fwd the emails but it simply hangs when I try this option. Is there a simple piece of software/wa that will do this and…

Enable POP and allow gMail to download a copy of the every mail in the inbox. It'll probably take a few connections to pull it all if theres a lot of mail but should do it just fine.
