No real disasters in that dessert, bar Tom (poor bastard).

    Mark's looking on form though.

3 of them were very good. Will they take 3 through? ?

    Bobby's plate is positively luminous!

It's like the 46A - I wait all year for a night out, and then about ten come along all at once and half kill me :D

I can't warm to Bobby after his arrogance in the intro, but damn that food looked f*cking good.

Rayner is my favourite critic, but Sitwell was in sparkling form last night.

"I feel for the strawberry who had the dishonour of turning up on this dish."

His face when he drank Bobby's curry sauce as well, classic.

Joey got an honourable mention in the Irish Times yesterday.
    O’HARE WOWS JUDGES ON MASTERCHEF

If you have been watching MasterChef The Professionals on BBC2, you can’t but have been impressed by Ballymaloe- trained Joey O’Hare whose seasonal, natural, deceptively simple food saw her waltz through the quarter-finals.
Her star quality was evident from the get-go, when she impressed judges Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti with a faultless crab and salmon raviolo, cooked in just 15 minutes. Later, her passionfruit tart had the taciturn Wareing in raptures. “It was Myrtle Allen’s sweet short crust in the tart . . . I know it by heart and wouldn’t use any other,” said the 28-year-old Londoner, who also did a culinary arts degree at Westminster Kingsway College, Jamie Oliver’s alma mater.
Catch her back on screen next Tuesday, December 8th, and check out her recipes at josephinescooking.com

That's free dinners in Ballymaloe for Mary Clare Digby for at least a month.

    What a blatant plug!

Well in fairness, it is the "Food File" column, in the food section of the magazine!

Dying to see what Joey comes up with this time.

    And Mark.

Funny looking at all the faces from a few weeks ago, I'd forgotten about some of them!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,324 ✭✭✭keps

As we already knew - Mark is a force to be reckoned with

I'd prefer Scott's attitude to Josh bigging himself up, tbh.

Is there another Mark? That's not the one I meant earlier! Beardy fella, with the competitive girlfriend.

Oooh, I'd forgotten all about Danilo - go go go, fella :D

Anyone else get the impression that all the choruses of "oh they took away our toys, so it's just basic cooking - that's GREAT, I LOVE that!" are coming through gritted teeth? :D
