Anyone know which fuse is for the cigarette lighter in a 131 VW Caddy?

Dont tell us you lost the handbook already?

They usually have a very easy to read map of the fuse boxes.

Not on the caddy. It shows you where the fuse box is alright but recommends you contact a garage if one needs to be replaced.

From what I found from googling:
    Fuse holder C
    -42 12 V socket - 15Amp if its beside the hand brake.
    -47 Cigarette lighter - 25Amp (30Amp if its a rear cigarette lighter)

No idea what the diff between the 12 V socket and the Cig lighter is, or why the rear/front have different amp fuses.

Apologies for hijacking the thread. A friend of mine has a 131 VW crafter and cig lighter has stopped working. Does anyone where the fuse is in the crafter? I've looked in the fusebox in the footwell and under the drivers seat. But no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
