Cycling Ireland are charging €5 euro that goes to your province(€10 in Ulster) Can anyone explain this? where does it go, and whats it for?

I cant find any detail on the site as to where it goes.

Iv looked at the CI AGM minutes, and iv looked through the thread about the AGM. Its still not clear where the money is going.

Promoting cycling in Munster is a far as it goes!

Can anyone shed some light on it?

I agree with Ed's comments. Cycling Munster asked for it but certainly did not suggest it was for the benefit of non - racing cyclists. There were no conditions attached and arguably that leaves a great deal of flexibility with the Provinces over what they do with this. Again, as indicated by Ed, Cycling Ulster are very open over their expenditure and publish their accounts on their website. It may need specific questions to other Provinces to try and establish their intentions with such additional funding.
