Buying a commercial vehicle and VAT

    Ive left a deposit on a commercial jeep.

    Is there any VAT implications i should look out for?

    Not too sure how it works.

    No. Do i have to pay VAT on the jeep? Its a private sale but the guy im buying of has his own business
