Duvet covers- why can't they design them with a plastic zip rather than 10 fiddly buttons?

And it has to be a zip that goes the whole way round.
That way you can just open, sit duvet on top, close.
None of this having to climb inside the cover to try get the duvet into the corners.

People who give their children stupid 'trendy' names. Recently heard of a baby boy called Kobi and a baby girl called Harper. Surnames being very Irish.

Everyday I get a luas to work. I have to get off at a certain stop and go back in the opposite direction, where the line splits. Every day, no matter what time I leave, I miss the luas by about 30 seconds - I see it move off as I arrive, without fail. Then I have to wait 10-15 minutes for the next one. Agh.

I have a set with zips so they are around,it doesnt go all around the duvet but much easier to put on,I love my superking bed but it takes 2 people to change the covers or one VERY patient person.

People on boards who are serial thread starters. The TV, Films and Online TV forums are the worst at this. They will start a thread and then never contribute to it again. There might be a small bit of a thanks whoring post, but you can be assured it will be nothing of any note.

People on the TV forum who start a thread looking for recommendations for a show to watch. There's a sticky at the top of the page with everyone's favourites, but no, they can't be arsed reading through those so want everyone to tailor recommendations to their specific tastes. And they probably never check back or thank people for going to the effort. Grrrr.

The fact that I was tired earlier and almost dozed off in front of the telly. And now that I'm in bed, I'm wide awake....

The fact that Amazon still don't have a Europeon/Irish site and I have to contend with an often unfair £=€ exchange rate.
For instance, was looking at new graphics cards. The one my brother recommended is listed at £249.99. Converted into euros? Close to €500! D: I could easily buy a new tower for that! And all to play one feckin' game. Granted, even when my PC was new, Assasin's Creed still made it have a seizure... :/

I recently changed my Verified by Visa password to a string of swearwords. I haven't had to change it since.

Posters on here who write ridiculously long winded replies... For every post.

I sometimes lose interest half way through, and just ignore their post. Or snip a small bit out of their essay and just reply to that bit. :D

Seriously enough with the novels people. Some of us have other things to do as well... lol

Happy Burpday Kat, hopefully this day is a smooth one and we wont see you in here!

I came out to the car this morning and the petrol tank flap yoke was opened. Was it the wind, or was it some sort of prankster?

My TA is that I don't know if OldNotWise got that infamous parcel delivered...

    EDIT - Bon anniversaire, KatW4! :)

    Happy Birthday Kat with a K :)

My annoyance is I don't think I'm ever going to see the bottom of the laundry basket again. In an effort to keep the load down I'm washing towels and bed clothes , I don't mind firing them straight into the dryer. We have plenty of those clean and dry, but clothes are in short supply :(

I don't get the big deal with J Lawrence? I think there's far more beautiful and interesting women in the world than her.

I'm obviously not suggesting she's completely unattractive.

But she just seems a bit bland and ordinary to me. (Looks and personality)

But each to their own I guess! :)

For the third day in a row, the Luas failed this morning.

As if that wasn't annoying enough, the driver was trying to be all smart and cocky but managed to fúck even that up when he said, "now folks, hope you're not having too miserable a morning but unfortunately it is not going to get worse now as there is a technical fault and you'll have to get off and wait for the tram behind"

What does that even mean? It is not going to get any worse? If he was being sarcastic, surely he would have said, "and it's about to get even better"? My head hurt trying to figure out what he had just said.
