24 week college work placement, do I get taxed?

    I'll be earning €8,700. That doesn't get taxed if it's my only income as it's too low, right?

    it shouldn't but make sure you have registered the employment with Revenue or you could get emergency taxed. If you have never worked before, you need to complete a Form 12A and send it to Revenue. If you have worked previously, phone Revenue with your PPS number and the new employer's registered number and ask that your credits are assigned to the new employer.
