I recall seeing that the Honda accord was number 1 a few years ago, is it still?

Most cars are reliable once they are maintained properly.

Not sure it's anywhere in the top 10 reliability but i have a 2013 2.0TDI Passat from new and now has covered 130,000 km on every type of road imaginable bumps potholes and all and not so much as a rattle or squeek since i got it.

The Accord is 17th. The Jazz is number 1

A lot of expensive German metal in the bottom 10, mainly because they have a lot of kit to go wrong and are expensive to fix.

The sway towards diesel in bigger cars will skew this too.

Wish I could say the same of my 2011, demented with rattles and buzzes from the dash.

Toyota Avensis down to no.98 :0 . Where have all the Lexus's gone, thought they were the most reliable.
