Dealing with Bad Recruiters

    So, here's the story. Gave my CV to a recruiter for a role, and 1 month later I realise he has landed it in a shedload of places without my consent.

    How deal with?

    My 2c. Given that most recruiters act within agencies: name and shame? In that contacting the agency and explaining that if those CVs are not withdrawn you would broadcast the facts of what occurred. As what happened was unreasonable, there would not be a basis for them to stop you.
