Are 15 Watt Incandescent Light Bulbs banned also?

I know Incandescent Bulbs are now Phased out, But I am wondering is it a blanket ban on Incandescent bulbs of all Watts from the Lowest 15 watt I dont really like the LED equivalents and would prefer to use the Older ones (the Old Timer that I am, Im stuck in my ways :o)…

We still sell them.in the shop I work in,got a delivery of them about two weeks ago.
